BT-Lab Technical Notes 46: How to properly use the dummy cells for BCS-800

This document will present you how to properly use the Dummy Cells to verify BCS-800 modules. The Dummy Cells can be used with BCS-805, BCS-810 & BCS-815.
The “Dummy Cell DC-BCS” is composed of 3 circuits allowing to verify both BCS-800’s internal current and voltage ranges. The other dummy cell circuit, DC-BCS, is dedicated to AC checks is composed of a resistor in series with two resistor/capacitor circuits and one supercapacitor/capacitor circuit.
