RK-Spectro Technical Note 77: Excitation fluorescence scan using MOS-500

Introduction

The aim of this application note is to demonstrate how to carry out excitation fluorescence spectra using a MOS500 with Biokine32 software. The MOS-500 is equipped with a 150W xenon lamp. A reference photodiode should be considered with this configuration. This accessory which does not come as standard can by sourced from BioLogic France separately. A fraction of the incident light is transmitted to the reference photodiode.
