Back to business: BioLogic re-opens its production facility

Putting the health and safety of its employees first, BioLogic sent its employees to the safety of their homes on the 16th March. We reopened on the 4th May, with a reduced-size team in the factory working two six-hour shifts and an accounts team (which is unable to work remotely) also working on-site. A wide range of safety measures has been introduced. Masks and alcohol gel are mandatory and the factory has been reorganized, operating around a one-way system to minimize social contact.
But the most important factor of all comes from the team. They are all working with a good sense of humour and a smile. Remote working tools allow all other BioLogic teams to work from home until the 31st August, thereby helping to ensure the safety of their colleague.
All individual cases have been accounted for in our plans (high-risk health issues, childcare) as we are aware that the pandemic is far from over.
