This module lowers the base current range from 1 μA to 1 pA, thus the resolution of the low current option is 80 aA on the 1 pA range.
It consists of a cell cable with a high sensitivity electrometer in-line that is located close to the cell.
This option is compatible with ARG option and internal current booster option.
